This family-style hotel is centrally located near Friendship Square in the centre of Saranda. The hotel is less than 100 metres from the promenade and the sea. There are four types of rooms - six rooms with two single beds, two rooms with three single beds, five rooms with one double bed, three small suites with one full size bed and

one single bed/couch in a separate salon. All rooms have a balcony and there is a common sitting room near the reception. There is a coffee bar on the first floor and a beautiful view of the sea from some of the rooms and from the roof. The hotel has 17 rooms, among which 6 are twin, 4 are double, 4 are triple and 3 are apartments.
